有的人到眼科看病，自称经常看到有几片像蚊群那样的东西在
眼前飞舞，有时从眼帘一闪而过，有时聚而不散，一直在眼前晃动
。形状也时而变幻，似灰尘，似柳丝，似飞虫。大多是突然发现，
视力一般不受影响，以50岁以上的中老年人有此类症状者居多。医
学上称之为“飞蚊症”。
　　
　　这种情况与人眼球内的玻璃体变化有关。正常的玻璃体是由极
为细长的纤维丝所组成，纤维丝间隙充满粘性半流体，还充满粘蛋
白，呈透明的凝胶状态，但随着人的年龄增长，特别到了老年期，
玻璃体发生退行性改变，使原来的凝胶状态发生液化，出现细点状
、条状、网状等混浊，随着眼球的转动而飘浮游荡。当光线进入眼
内时，这些混浊的阴影就透射到视网膜上，于是眼前就出现了“飞
蚊现象”。

　　老年人如发现有“飞蚊”症状，首先要冷静，不必恐慌，然后
及时到医院眼科诊治。如单纯为老年性退化性改变，对视力没有大
的影响，不需要特殊治疗。如果是由于其他原因引起的玻璃体混浊
，则需要查清原发病是什么，然后对原发病进行治疗。减轻了玻璃
体混浊，眼前飘浮的“蚊群”就会大大减少。

什么是飞蚊症？
Vitreous Opacities (floaters) are small particles suspended inside the human eye.玻璃体混浊（飞蚊症）的小颗粒内的人的眼睛。 In time the vitreous gel fluid becomes more of a liquid as a result of the aging process causing these floaters to become more and more numerous and visible.时间玻璃体凝胶液变得更加的液体由于老化过程中，造成这些飞蚊症越来越多，而且明显。
